The RIP team created the website through their own experience when dealing with the loss of a loved one. In what was a very short period of time before the funeral, it was a difficult and sensitive time to get everyone's agreement on the content of the Order of Service (e.g. long discussions, journeys and meet-ups exacerbated the situation). It also inspired us to produce the online 'Memorial Wall' website facility to remember loved ones and create a lasting tribute that celebrates their life online through family and friends.
In the long term, we aim to give a percentage of profits to charity and hope to do this towards the end of our first year's trading.
We have developed the website with the emphasis primarily on making it user- friendly and easy to use.
We will continue to develop and provide more features and functionality for the website - so your feedback is very welcome. We value all feedback as this is the best way to improve the RIP website.
